The brief was to update the existing bungalow to a modern farmhouse.

One very difficult neighbour was not keen on the changes, which created lengthy applications and tribunals with the Local Municipality.

With a lot of patience from the client and perseverance from the professional team, we won all the battles, because everybody else could see the potential of this upgrade!

One storey, tall ceilings, 4 bedrooms and an inside-outside living space.
