Ingredients:
• Desire to escape a multi-story existence. (Even though it has spectacular views!).
• 1 x perfect sloped piece of land with North views, lots of indigenous trees and a flat hilltop clearing.
• 2 x eager clients who know what they want, carrying a file full of ideas and a sketch indicating special areas for artwork and sundowners.
• 1 x patient contractor (with a bit of OCD).
• A handful of rescue dogs to always make you feel welcome.
• 2 x excited architectural designers.

Method:
Mix well together and bake for a few months.

Result:
Enjoy with morning coffee as well as sundowners…on the deck with a view…with 2 great ladies and their family of rescue pets.
